How to Open a PSD File
Double click on the download psd file, if you have photoshop installed on your pc or computer, it will open automatically.

Adjustment layers and Tools We Will Use in This Course
1. Lassa Tool: Shortcut is letter “L” use to  make a free form selection.
2. Hue/Saturation Adjustment Layer: Shortcut is “Ctrl + U” use to increase the saturation of colors  and also to desaturate colors.
3. Curve Adjustment Layer: Shortcut is “Ctrl + M” use for various purposes in photoshop, some are: to brighten image, for compositing, to invert image and lot's more.
4. Brush Tool: Shortcut is letter “B” use for painting.

Steps to Remove Stains
1. Open the PSD file
2. Select the "Lassa Tool" from the toolbar or press letter “L” on your keyboard
3. Make selection of the stain
4. Click on the adjustment layer icon below your layer panel and select “Hue/Saturation”
5. Click on the “hand icon” at the top left corner of the “Hue/Saturation” tab and click on the stain to sample it color or press “Alt + 3” on your keyboard to go to the red channel.
6. Decrease saturation to -100 and lightness to +100

Final Steps
1. Click on the adjustment layer icon below the layer panel, select “Curve”
2. Click on the middle of the graph line and drag upward to brighten the dark areas or turn on the hidden curve layer i've already created.
3. invert the mask with “Ctri + I”. Why invert the mask? it's because we want to only brighten the dark stain on the cloth
4. Select the brush tool, set it opacity to 12 percent, then paint on the dark stain. Make sure your foreground color is set to white color before painting.

Tips for modifying the foreground color swatch
Press “D” key on your keyboard to reset it to black and white color
Press “X” key on your keyboard to toggle between the black and white color. Set it to white color

Extra Tips: Click on the mask and increase feather to 5%
